Marketing Manager (Hotel Chocolat)
Hotel Chocolat are on a steep growth curve, with an aggressive development plan that shows no signs of abating. With an increasing number of stores and new locations – including overseas locations in Dublin and Hong Kong – we need a Marketing Manager to help design and deliver our marketing campaigns, across a variety of channels for Hotel Chocolat’s online and retail operation. This is one of two new Marketing Manager roles created within our expanding commercial function.
Under the guidance of the Group Marketing Manager, you will call upon your strong experience of Campaign Marketing, Direct Marketing, Online and Email Marketing to help maximise the value of each relevant marketing channel for lead generation, nurturing and scoring, brand building, and market research. Whilst this role doesn’t have line management responsibilities, there is a strong focus on the look and feel of the campaign, plus the opportunity to involved in the next big progression for our newly listed PLC.

- Experience of delivering successful multi-channel marketing campaigns, against key targets (Essential)
- Experience of supporting decision-making with a range of analytical tools (Essential)
- Significant direct marketing experience, supported by a recognised marketing qualification (Essential)
- Knowledge and experience working within a luxury or fashion retailer (Desirable)
