Are you a Marketing Manager with a strong interest in multi-channel marketing? Are you motivated by generating new leads, to take an already strong brand even further? If this sounds like you, we have created a new Marketing Manager role for our popular Tasting Club and would love to hear from you. This is one of two new Marketing Manager roles created within our expanding commercial function.
The Tasting Club is where Hotel Chocolat began almost 20 years ago and is at a place now where we want to further maximise its potential; with a number of new products and approaches due to be launched. This role is integral to getting these fresh options to market, through innovative multi-channel marketing campaigns.
Under the guidance of the Group Marketing Manager, you will call upon your strong experience of Campaign Marketing, Direct Marketing, Online and Email Marketing to help maximise the value of each relevant marketing channel for lead generation, nurturing and scoring, brand building, and market research. This role also has a Marketing Executive reporting into it; so your experience of managing and mentoring will be essential, as will be your ability to work cross-functionally to deliver campaigns on time and on budget.

- Experience of delivering successful multi-channel marketing campaigns, against key targets (Essential)
- Experience of supporting decision-making with a range of analytical tools (Essential)
- Significant direct marketing experience, supported by a recognised marketing qualification (Essential)
- Knowledge and experience working within a subscription-based or retail environment (Desirable)
